The Hairstory Consignment App serves as a dedicated tool for professional members of the Hairstory Preferred Hairdresser Program (HPHP). Entry into the HPHP is determined by Hairstory based on specific, predefined criteria.

Members of the HPHP are granted the privilege to accept Hairstory products on a consignment basis. Periodically, Hairstory will issue invoices to hairdressers for items sold at wholesale prices.

Each program member is assigned a unique pin number, automatically generated by the application, facilitating SaaS identification. This pin ensures that only authorized users operate the app.

When an HPHP member completes a sale of any Hairstory product to a client, they will initiate the transaction within the app. This action prompts the app to activate the scanner function, allowing the operator to scan the product's barcode. The app then requires confirmation of the transaction. Upon approval, it will automatically update the member's inventory count and reflect this change in real-time on the administrator's dashboard at Hairstory.

Hairstory will leverage transaction data for invoicing purposes and to replenish the inventory of HPHP members, based on prior agreements between both parties.

The application is available at no cost to HPHP members.
